Thomas, I also agree that this is the time for self-assessment and introspection. I coach sales professionals on how to have meaningful dialogues with colleagues and clients. So often sales people want to gain an advantage in dialogue, I think as a sales tactic, and fail to stay present and listen to the most important words and feelings that are being conveyed by the other party. Your ideas help me coach better and stay grounded in humility. Thank you. Looking forward to more!
